Urge Congress to support crucial early education funding

You know the back-to-school routine.

Research indicates that every dollar spent on high-quality pre-k is worth up to $7 in benefits. But, as budgets are being cut across the country, thousands of families are feeling the impact - and thousands of kids like Sam might lose their opportunity to go to pre-k.

We can't let Congress miss this opportunity to make a smart, forward-thinking investment in early education for our three and four year olds.

Thanks for urging your Representative to support pre-k funding for our nation's three and four year olds when they return to Washington next week.

We know that some members of Congress are going to be looking for ways to strip this funding out of the legislation. It's time to turn up the heat and let them know that we expect them to make this smart investment in pre-k, now!
